For the investor, asset manager and project developer Art-Invest Real Estate, we are taking over the management of the underground parking garage of EASTON HOUSE at Berlin's Ostbahnhof. Art-Invest Real Estate acquired the property in 2016 and has since been carrying out far-reaching renovation and upgrading measures in almost all areas of the property, which covers a total of 45,000 m².
The three-story underground parking garage of the office and commercial building has 410 parking spaces and was equipped by GOLDBECK with a digital, future-oriented parking
parking handling technology by GOLDBECK. Users of the GOLDBECK Parking Card, fleet cards and the PayByPhone and PARK NOW apps can thus enter, exit and pay without contact. In addition, digital license plate recognition makes it easier for long-term and short-term parkers to enter and exit. To promote e-mobility and a sustainable future, the underground parking garage will also offer ten publicly accessible charging stations for electric vehicles in the future. The building complex is located at the Ostbahnhof station in Berlin-Friedrichshain and offers a direct connection to local and long-distance transport.
